Something about you that continually surprises people when they hear it:
Probably something about somewhere I've been. I have backpacked and camped in Ely, MN (on the border of MN and Canada) over MLK, Jr. Weekend. It got to be -40 F during the night. We slept in ice shelters. That's just one of many stories. Oh, I have been involved in two politics campaigns thus far, including a US Senator race, where I took an active role in compiling donor records to submit to the Feds (exciting!). I also got a line into the stump speech. I rock.
Where you want to be in 5 years: In grad school (Princeton), getting my MPA so that I can work in politics full time. Poker will pay for grad school. Poker will also pay for a car and a large deposit on a townhome wherever I end up working. I [censored] rock.
