Not only is it an underhanded way to curtail our freedoms which should offend everyone concerned with funding our troops, but it is also hypocritical. Poker involves a degree of skill that the state lotteries, horse betting, and casino gambling do not.

In my opinion the United States should instead regulate internet poker so that poker websites can be based in the United States and pay taxes to us.
