Re: How to extract the most here?
Early in the tourney, it's unlikely you've set up an image in regards to your tendencies on continuation bets, so that aspect can almost be ignored in the evaluation.
Here's what I see:
I non-coordinated board unlikely to help your opponents. Minus a read that your opponent is calling with air, I don't see any way to extract by leading out here, so I check this flop and don't mind giving up a free card, because I think that you're folding out your opponents with this bet almost every time (none of them are likely to have a jack, no straight or flush draws). You have a hand strong enough for slowplaying, and no possible card on the turn is likely to improve your opponent to anything but second-best.
I check/call this flop, and hope the turn comes an offsuit ace.
Edit:
I've seen players in the 1$ tourneys call with ace high here assuming you're trying to steal on a harmless board, if you have any indication that either of these villians are that much of a calling station, then leading this flop is fine.
