I think Gold led out on the flop. Also, I'm sure Prahlad makes that call all day long in most cash games against most opponents. It's a little different for 1/3 of your stack with 20 left in the ME.

Gold did not lead that flop, in fact you could tell on Friedman's face he was not happy the Ace hit the turn and regretted not betting the flop.

OP,
I think it's unfair to criticize a player who's thinking about poker is way above yours or mine. He probably had a plan for that hand which backfired, I'm not going to critcize his play because he understands far better what is going on at that table than I do.
