I just got off the phone with their cashier help. Apparently it's standard for the money to still be in your account until your withdrawal request is "locked for processing."

Personally I think that's really [censored] up because there's nothing on the site whatsoever that acknowledges that I did initiate a cashout and I don't know of any other sites that do it this way, but whatever.
