Out at a bar in DC. Friend runs into girl from college who he hadn't seen since like junior year (we're 24).
Friend: "So, how have you been?"
Girl: "Good, just working and living in Dupont"
Friend: "That's cool, up to anything exciting lately?"
Girl: "<blah blah blah other stuff>. Also, I joined a gym and got a trainer, I've lost like 20 pounds"
Friend: "Yeah, you really needed to do that"
