I'm thinking the first few things you said are probably true but the whole thing about him good with women..just cannot be real.
There is a difference between outgoing and good with women. Someone who comes off as annoying as him (quack quack) just cannot be good with the ladies. I know you're just going to say the whole quack thing is just an act and he's not like that in person...I'm saying this, NOBODY AND I MEAND NOBODY IS THAT GOOD AN ACTOR.
