Definetely take a break and use the time to study. Let that money go or it will tear you up and you will probably give yourself little chance to win, it is probably a small amount in the life of your poker career.

Persue other interests so your mind is not on poker. Do other things that bring you joy such as movies, music, gardening, fishing, or spending time with friends and family.
