Here's my two cents on some of this. At first thought, I didn't think a rub-n-tug was cheating, but then I considered my (hypothetical) wife going to get a massage and the guy getting her off. Not cool. Rub-n-tug is not as bad as a full affair, but it's cheating. An affair is grounds for a divorce. A rub-n-tug, IMO, is grounds for a big fight and the guy never doing it again.
I'm not married and I'm only 21, but I've never cheated on a girlfriend and never even considered cheating on my ex (~1 year relationship).
