If it's a girl that we've never met before (i.e. we're out at the bar) I usually let my girl reel them in. I find it a little less creepy and the chick is usually more receptive to the idea if it's another woman inviting her.
We've also gotten into it with a few of my exes who I'm still friends with, or girls that I have banged in the past who still want a piece of me and don't mind getting it on with my girlfriend in order to do it. All I can say is alcohol and certain mind-altering drugs are your friends in this situation. Almost any confidant 20 something girl will get it on with a girl when she's on E. Once they do it once, it's very easy to get them again the next time you are together.
