I have been in a serious relationship for the last 4 years, basically functions like a marriage at this point. Never cheated.
As for the rub-n-tug question, I think that's a very fine line. A lot of guys go to strip clubs, many without mentioning it to the Ms, some with her approval. What occurs in a lap dance is not qualitatively much different from a rub-n-tug IMO. Ms. Thumb doesn't mind strip clubs on special occasions or in foreign countries and I have to think she'd feel roughly the same about a yank job from a Thai masseuse. I think it would be an issue only if it became a habit.
But I have a pretty cool girlfriend, I don't know about you guys. I look down on cheating and would have a very hard time continuing a relationship if it happened, but there have been a few moments of weakness or difficulty where I know I probably would have slipped up if the opportunity had arisen. Fidelity ain't easy, or else everyone would do it.
