I think the standard is to have a cash buy-in NL tourney, then allow progressive rebuys for one article of clothing until fully naked. The bigger the cash buy-in, the more willing people will be to get naked in a last ditch attempt to get lucky and win the prize pool.
Most poker games I play at dont have the kind of players I would like to have naked. Old people and young guys. Very lacking in the young female department.
Find a girl with a big pair of her own and pay her out of the rake to deal topless. This is always tons of fun and you dont have to look at dicks and balls all night long.
