Ok, a logical reason. Jeff fears that he won't have a dealer that acts professional if no one tips them.

However, this would never be the case. Casinos/cardrooms always want their dealers to act professional/be the best they can be.

There isn't going to be a shortage of dealers who don't act like total dumbasses. Face it, they aren't going anywhere.

I can't believe you forgot! Being in a casino is exciting!!!

....and this is exactly why being a dealer in a casino will always be a sought after position.
