Once you clear the 20x you must wager $1042 or whatever your bonus was 1x in any game. After you clear that, the bonus should be auto-credited to your account.

[/ QUOTE ]OK, I had to talk to support, they "approved" the bonus, and now the $1000 is in my Bonus Balance, and is being transferred over to my regular balance at a 1x rate.
