People often associate tilting with only bad beats. This is not entirely the case and there is such a thing as "good tilt."

An example would be, you've won a monster pot. You feel you have chips to burn and that playing 79 suited from UTG is acceptable due to your stack size. This is also tilt.

Anything that changes the way you play your A-game is tilt.

It's the same if you come off a string of winning sessions, you may start to get cocky and think that whatever you do is a winning strat.

That's why it's important to know that your strategy is a winner and stick to it regardless of outcome. Obviously this is not something that can be taught overnight, but no one said that mastering poker was easy.
