1,048.58 20,971.60 20,768.54 are my bonus amount, wagering level, and remaining, respectively. It doesn't say that I have Released anything yet though (that column is blank). How can I check if it is releasing properly?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I believe it releases in one large chunk once you finish the wagering requirement. So, that column will remain blank until the end.
