Its true. In high school I played soccer in the summer w/ a kid who was a wrestler. Bare in mind, this kid was an area (not state) champion and in solid shape. I was in far superior shape. I was stronger and had circa 60lbs on him. He demolished me time and time again. It was never even close.

His knowledge of technique will embarrass you, end of story.
