When I started reading, Stallone in Bananas was one of my first picks.
Kirsten Dunst has been well known since Little Women, so you have to have her from before 1994.
Bill Paxton is in The Terminator.
John Ratzenberger is in Empire Strikes Back, but is so hard to spot since he's wrapped up in a parka, that may not count.
Jamie Farr (as Jameel Farah), Sidney Poitier, Vic Morrow, and Paul Mazursky are all in Blackboard Jungle, although this might be too well known for some of them.
Of course everyone knows Ashley Judd was on ST:TNG, might as well get it out of the way though.
Joe Pesci is in Once Upon A Time In America as is Danny Aiello, who is also in Godfather Pt. 2. Jennifer Connelly has a pretty big part in Once Upon A Time In America as the young Deborah, though most seem to forget her or not identify her as the later grown-up actress.
