It's not your place to get involved. They've been together for 3 years, after all. Try to forget what you learned. She's almost certainly not proud of her past, and is probably terrified that her current boyfriend will one day find out about it.
I'm guessing you disliked this girl even before you found out this information? Is that why you're thinking about spilling the beans?
