Leave it be. If she's been cool with him for 3 years she digs him, and he doesn't need to know anything about him. If you need to get it off of your chest I'd suggest confronting her about it. But tread lightly there. You don't want her blowing up about it and telling him what you were saying... yeah just don't say anything.
