Two questions regarding getting the bonuses for pokersavvy and CCU.
1. I already visited Mansion but didn't join there. Can I still get the $90 through them?
2. I signed up to register at CCU but they never sent me an activation link. I did the thing where I requested a link (twice) and still nothing. Is there any trick to doing this, or am I just unlucky/stupid?
