Are you waiting for Live Chat? I had to wait for a couple minutes a few times but it seemed to work better if I closed the window and then tried again. Not sure why but there was very little waiting after I closed it and opened again.

I tried it 3 times. I gave up waiting. I placed the bet and sent them an email telling them that i am trusting the promotion is still valid and if it is not please cancel my bet immediately.

Worst case I can do a full hedge and lose 100 bux but i am fairly confident that they will make good on it
