yes this preflop call is bad.

also, the 92s preflop call is fine, preflop at least. On the flop jam it when it gets back to you.

also his call isn't so bad, try to see things objectively.

edit: i misread and thought you were bb, ie 12-1, actually you were sb so 8-1. Eh it's bad but not disastrous.
