Quick question, as I have to wait for monday to place the bet, people say its a good idea to send Masion ID proof now... what does this mean?

I'm a Canadian, what is a 'bill' ? what ID should I email them and to which email adress? What should I say in the email adress? "This is confirmation of my id......" ??
