Yeah, all the talk about Black's "meltdown" or "choke" at the FT last year is overblown. He didn't make any single terrible plays. He picked a bad spot to be aggressive against the biggest tard at the table who just happened to have a big hand and then caught the bad end of the variance stick the rest of the way.
Lazaar on the other hand did in fact meltdown, blowing through his entire stack in mega -EV situations (no way he thought he was ahead on those hands).
These of course are "series" of plays, just like Tiffany Williamson's repeated all in's with A/x vs KK or QQ and hitting her A quite often. Each one is "bad" but when viewed as a series it's like "Ewwwww!!!!"
If you want the single WORST play or mistake the set of ten's fold is pretty good, or heck if you want a more obscure one how about this year when a no name guy apparently called an all in on the river with nothing.
