This actually makes a fair bit of sense, and seems as fair as anything that's been suggested. We're not going to come up with any perfect solution this year with two expansion teams and no ironclad rules to work from, let's get the draft done and then we can figure out a permanent system for future years when people don't have a vested interest.

I'm fine with this as well, seems like a plenty fair way to do things after all that's happened.
