Man, someone beat me to it. I was going to suggest that you open the door, take her laundry and throw it all in the floor. Then point and laugh at her and say "if you weren't such a piece of trash I would help you. Since you live your life in an attempt to make everyone else miserable I refuse to help you up. You should've bought one of those 'I've fallen and can't get up' devices and someone would be here shortly. Either that, or next time fall infront of someone's door that actually cares about you". Then kicked her in the ribs one time for good measure.
Actually, you're a jerk and things have a tendancy to come back 10 fold. You will probably end up in a simliar situation where you are struggling and need help and someone will be watching you thinking "if that guy wasn't a prick, I'd help him". Good luck to you, tell Satan hi
