Well, that's hard to say. If my win rate wasn't positive, I'd have quit a while ago. But if I focus on my learning rate, my win rate gets better, and if I focus on my win rate, my learning rate gets worse.

--Is that influenced because you are a winning player (safe assumption)?

Naturally, since if I wasn't winning, I wouldn't be here.

--And most importantly: ever post a hand without properly converting?

I'm 99% sure that I haven't. I may have posted a hand that failed conversion, but I'm pretty sure I'd have fixed it. I've also typed in the action by hand plenty of times. I've never done a raw HH dump.
