I think NFL games have better atmosphere outside of student sections. Some schools have absolutely ridiculous student sections that are unrivaled by any crowd at any sport.

Also, the atmosphere at a big time soccer game might be better than both, but unlike NFL/CollFB, I don't know first hand.
