1. Books such as NLTAP talk about bluffing an appropriate % of the time, so your opponents lose if they always call or or always fold to your bet. How important do you think it is to bluff (I mean pure bluffs, not semi, CB's, etc.) in SSNL with appropriate frequency? In other words, do you think there is much value lost if one never bluffs in SSNL?

2. If you've just sat down at a table of unknowns are there any "moves" that you are a bit more passive with? Examples may be that you don't 3 bet pre-flop with AK or AQ out of the blinds or you don't try to steal the blinds with weaker holdings, like Kx.
