My standard c-bet is around 3/4 pot.
I think you should stop bluffing these low limit players so much. Your post seem to tell me that you cant get them to fold. Stop trying. Nut peddle. It is much easier than trying to actually beat thinking opponents. Trust me. I wish I could nut peddle again.
