Played EQ briefly during the latter part of the espansion of the game. I quickly noticed that some player were soooo geared that it would take months/years to catch up. I looked for a game with more equailty between those who have devoted thir lives to it and casual gamers. WOW provided this somethat, but still the hardcore player enjoy the best loot/items and the casual player is left in the dust.

I compare it to playing poker. Imagine playing 1-2 poker with a 1,000,000 BR vs so0mebody with a 100 BR. They are going to lose, quickly.
