You do know those drugs aren't taken recreationally, don't you? Or didn't you google "neuroleptic"?
They are taken as therapy for other conditions.

You either ARE X-22, or you're completely talking out of your ass. How do you have any idea if he's been treated for schizophrenia or anything similar? You're just assuming... What if he really does just have a fat, nervous lolling tongue?
