Level 12 pvp? You mean rank 12? Rank 12 only has 3 epic items. You need HWL (rank 14)for for all epic weapons/armor but that won't get you an epic neck, trinkets, or rings. And obv, there are no legendary items from pvp.

Err I meant level 14 thanks. And the epic/legendaries are from raids.
