I would just call river. The board pairing is nice, but if she's really loose, and eight is entirely possible. Would she limp hands like A8,K8? Is she aggressive enough to 3bet the flop with K8? I've seen a lot of live players who apparently do not know that 3betting is allowed.

Definitely raise turn, maybe there's some value in the river raise, but I've learned to restrain myself in a lot of cases where I'm tempted. You also put yourself in a sticky situation if its 3bet.
