The shared computer part is whats confusing me. I have a few computer here so its not technically the same computer he would use but its all under roadrunner so Im still not sure.

They might get you with residential address too (says here you guys logged on from the same IP, that means same address, that means no soup for you). I wouldn't risk it. Do you have a laptop he could take to a wireless hotspot?
EDIT: You could just call support, explain the situation, and see what they tell you to do. How does my buddy get in on this if he doesn't have his own ISP?
