If you're still stuck in the loop that means you're not uninstalling correctly. Are you using the control panel add/remove programs to remove idleminer, then verifying that it is gone? Also make sure you reinstall from the latest setup files which you can get from
www.idleminer.com - if you use old setup files that will definately cause that problem to occur.
