Those who have continued to play after the Empire split will receive full payment for October. I will likely not even make my quota for MGR this month, so those that chose to jump ship will forfeit your payments to cover my obligation to my loyal customers. Any remaining funds will be used to cover website costs, employee payments, and referral bonii.
In short: If you bailed, you're SOL. You know who you are.

Wow. Total BS. I kinda like reading your posts here, but I can unreservedly say I am quite thankful that I am not in any sort of business relationship with you.

Just on an emotional level, I'd like to concur with that. I haven't really thought it through yet...
Let's see, you made an obligation to customers, you didn't put this exception into your communications with them, this happened, and you didn't fulfill your obligations, and now you're shafting them... okay, on an intellectual level, I concur, now.
My affilliate has an "exception" claus or whatever built into his agreement with us: if we earn less than either $25 or $50 in RB he doesn't transfer to us until the next month where we DO have that #, and it rolls over from month to month...
So we understand where we are when we're dealing with him.
Unless you have something very similar to this, that your users knew about in advance, I'd be pretty disturbed by this.

Even if he does have this clause, one poster in this thread stated that he generated about $1000 in rakeback in that first week. If Buster goes through with not paying out his obligations, he really needs to be banned. I don't see any difference between him, and the spammers who post trying to scam 2+2'ers into phony affiliate deals (and are immediately banned), or the posters who try to scam 2+2'ers by getting them to transfer paypal $ to neteller $. The only difference is the post count. Plus, if he's an advertiser on 2+2, then that just makes 2+2 look bad.
