I like to impose a cutoff time for my playing. For example, I dont play online past 1:30 am anymore, since I'm much more likely to be tired and play poorly. Also, if I start to feel annoyed or signs of tilt coming on, I try to distance my "clicking finger" from the mouse button, so I have that much more time to think. Also, I'll take a prop like a watch and hold it infront of me as a reminder.
