While all these cards are being dealt out, has MP made any effort to stop it?
IMO, he has some responsibility to protect his action. If he stood mute while all the cards were run out, you may want to consider killing his hand.
Unless goofy dealer put the two cards out there so quickly that it's not reasonable to expect someone to have the time to react and try to stop him. If that is the case, disregard this post.
