I'm sorry, you are of course completely correct. OP's behaviour to date will ensure that he gets full custodial rights, he will be installed as leader of the free world, world peace will break out, and we will all live happily after, especially when enriched with your helpful comments. His continued refusal to deal with the situation and his complete lack of proof of any wrong-doings are the greatest, most stable foundations the world has ever seen - I believe the catholic church are even considering re-writing one of the parables of the bible. Instead of that hackneyed old storey of the guy building his house on sand, they're going to point out how people who act live mature adults will always lose out to those who build on the examples of OP.
