Why on earth would you pass up the bonuses? I know if you start at the micros, they will be VERY slow to clear, but just don't maximize the bonus. I mean, you can always just deposit a couple dollars and go for a tiny bonus, but any bonus is better than nothing. Before I went crazy and blew my BR, I took full advantage of bonuses and it really helped build my BR. Don't be ashamed of being a bonus WHORE.
