aresenal is about to lose reyes and they gained Rosicky, Spurs lost Carrick and gained zokora and got Berbatov(which is an upgrade over Mido). Dawson is going to get a lot more playing time in the back 4 and Tom Huddleston is really going to emerge in the midfield. So explain how spurs got worse and aresenal got that much better
