The woman in the hotel is someone Langrishe has been banging, who has wanted to join the troupe for a long time.

Also, it's inferred that Hearst killed Odell for running some sort of scam---but it's never been shown conclusively A. That Odell was running a scam or B. That Hearst had him killed. I would imagine that we'll find out more before the season ends.

My completely random guess? Odell's mama makes an attempt on Hearst's life after she finds out that Hearst had Odell taken out.
