Default ($6.50) Shortstacked bottom pair, push or check/fold?

UTG is a 32/15 and had limped in the four hands he/she had played at 200/400 blinds, not having shown down any. SB is a 22/9 and seemed solid.

Is this good or is it FPS? Is check/fold a better line here?
