Rose, WWII, NYU? Really good book btw

I read an Economic Analysis of Property Rights for a Pol class, it was boring as hell at first, but after i got into it and after some reflection it's pretty awesome. It wasn't all that interesting, but it was so well argued and detailed that it changed my whole thinking on politics/economics.
