I was the OP of this comment; my point was that for most people driving forward is easier than driving backwards. So for these people it'd be better to park forward than to park backwards.

1) These people should put more effort into improving their driving skills
2) These people should look for two empty spots drive in forward and drive thru to the second spot.
If they have difficulty driving backwards I don't want them backing into vehicle or pedestrian traffic.
