I assume that this is the free version. Is it working for everyone? I click launch, and it doesn't work for me. Any ideas why it doesn't work?

Doesn't work for me at all, have tried IE and Firefox, lastest version of Flash - all I get is the "Order Online" page, which is still (evidently) $24.95. Any ideas?
