PokerStars still has three qualifiers alive. Bodog clearly has at least one - Gold, so maybe that counts for four or five. What about Party?

I believe Richard Wyrick (finished 27th) was Party's last qualifier.
Dustin Holmes was the last UB qualifier.

Did players have to sign anything ahead of time indicating what site's gear they will wear? Or will there be a flurry of attempted endorsement deals before the final table?

I don't think there's some sort of waiver, last year, I believe Andrew Black qualified thru Party, but didn't like the way he was treated and switched over to Full Tilt.
