OK I've broken it out to a couple more levels. There were three people who prefered $50 and two who said either $50 or $100 so I moved all of them to $50. It makes things more balanced, to the point that we'd be able to pull the trigger at $100 and $200 now and $50 is close...
If anyone has better suggestions for the names, let me know.
